Oats Overnight Product Releases

Chefs always seek feedback on recipes before finalizing and placing them on the menu.

Yet most old-school food & beverage companies formulate new flavors in secret and release them with very little customer input.

Oats Overnight’s opinion: that’s a lost opportunity. So they’ve flipped the script.

To increase customer engagement and get critical feedback before a flavor launch, Oats Overnight invites its subscribers to taste test “flavors in development.” Subscriber feedback is taken very seriously and recipes are tweaked for maximum yumminess before official launch, or they’re axed altogether.

My task was to create all manner of product launch assets including subscriber recruitment emails announcing each month’s new in-development flavor, data collection requests, hype, reveal, and BTS release pieces, as well as product packaging copy and banner ads.
